Steele's Commentary
   Hugo Insanto is named after famous author Victor Hugo and Philipino martail artist Dan Inosanto.
From the beginning of the project I wanted humanity to be a minority of two, and of course as anyone who reads enough comics, or watches enough movies can tell you,
if there are two people united by circumstances one is always the others foil.  Plus his inclusion gave an excuse to add martial arts into the mix.
